Who is he?

I have more than twelve years of hands-on experience helping my Adult + Older Adult clients to re-imagine their lives and reach their goals.

With extensive experience in Life Coaching and a vast history of client success, my individualized positivity and bold approach will help you better understand what you want out of life. Together we figure a way forward towards your next steps. I am committed to providing you with a sense of safe accountability, understanding and support.

I provide both group therapy and individual one-on-one counseling.

I understand how to overcome and get through life’s many tribulations, and then thrive afterwards. As a Gun Violence Survivor, in 2007 I was awarded the Prestigious Lady of Excellence in Leadership Award by ACHI Magazine for my advocacy and community service work. In 2014, I was awarded the Empowered Women of the Year for Educational Advancement, and then in 2017 designated Mentor of the Year by ACHI Magazine (Strength in Sisterhood).

One of the greatest achievements of my life is being a Lymphoma Cancer Survivor (2019), I am a staunch proponent and supporter for cancer survivors’ (and their families’) emotional management care. I understand the added layer of complexities that health challenges can add to one’s life – you and your family do not have to go through this alone, I am here to guide you through.

I earned a Bachelor of Science from Wilmington University in Wilmington, Delaware. I also have a Life Coach certificate to help those in Early Childhood.
