My work philosophy: I’ve learned over the years that treatment isn’t “cookie-cutter” and I will “meet you” where you are in life in order to help you reach your goals. Remember to take it one day at a time and if that isn’t possible, take it one second, one minute and then one hour until you can complete a full day. Recovery is a process and things won’t change overnight but if you start to put in the necessary work to make the changes and to build new habits, you are well on your way.
