Stephen Walker

I have more than 10 years of experience as an owner and operator of an employment agency in Delaware named Ready 4 Work. I have made strong and prosperous connections between employers and employees throughout my entire career.

I am a hardworking and driven individual – and am committed to taking my role and responsibility to helping you get placed in quality employment seriously. I am very down to earth, understanding, and a great listener. I have been told that I have a skill of understanding someone’s needs and then planning out solutions. I am great at connecting the dots and helping others achieve their goals.

I am extremely active in the community as well by supplying training and resources to individuals looking to seek gainful employment.
